Oftentimes, we’re our own worst critic. Judging ourselves and our feelings is a bad habit that doesn’t actually help us and can even be harmful. It’s not always easy, but it’s important to try to cut yourself some slack and show yourself the love and compassion you deserve! Give yourself a little grace, everyday! The world needs each of us in all our differences and quirks. No matter what part of yourself you’re judging, we can grow to accept and celebrate these parts of our identity.
