MENTAL HEALTH

Notre reine de la santé mentale
Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship of all!

Our mental health has to do with our emotions, like how we feel on a day-to-day basis, how we feel about ourselves, how we show up (or don’t) in our relationships, and how we respond to challenging situations that come up throughout our lives.

Having the resources to take care of your mental health can help you develop greater self-awareness, positively impact your relationships (including the one with yourself), and help you feel more confident in the decisions you make.

Whatever your relationship with your mental health may be, know that whatever you’re feeling is valid and there are people out there who can relate to what you’re going through. 💕
But first... what do you want to listen to!?
